We guarantee that all our products are quality handcrafted goods. Seams are serged and top-stitched (where appropriate) and our products are made to be durable. All our fabrics are pre-washed (to remove factory residue & odors) and pre-shrunk. We use quality fabrics and thread, even though they cost more. Our studio is clean and our home is smoke-free. We stand behind our products, and we value our repeat customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Warranty
All our items are covered by a limited 90 day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faulty elastic, malfunctioning or detached snaps, and other manufacturing flaws. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any item with a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the date of purchase, including the shipping charges. Please note that normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect, and this warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not available on secondhand goods. Items marked as "Seconds" are sold as-is, and are not covered by our 90 day warranty. To make a warranty claim you must contact us to receive shipping instructions.
Returns
If you receive your order and it is the wrong size or are unhappy for any reason, you may return it in new, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returns (shipping to Alberta, Canada). We ask that you include a reason for your return along with the original sales receipt so that we can process your return promptly.
Please note that custom orders are a final sale, and cannot be returned. However, manufacturing defects on custom orders are covered under our 90 day limited warranty (see above).
Shipping
We make an effort to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. All purchases ship via Canada Post, from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. For combined purchases, if the shipping total is lower than what you are charged, we will refund the difference via Paypal no later than 1 day from when your package is shipped. We do not make a profit on shipping & do not charge a handling fee.
